Te doy la bienvenida a COSMOONITY.
Los siguientes Términos y Condiciones ("Términos") rigen el uso de la aplicación móvil COSMOONITY ("la Aplicación") y cualquier servicio relacionado proporcionado por [Nombre Legal del Cliente o Razón Social] ("nosotros", "nuestro" o "la Compañía").
Al descargar, acceder o utilizar la Aplicación, usted ("el Usuario") acepta estar legalmente vinculado por estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no debe utilizar la Aplicación.
1. LICENCIA DE USO
Sujeto al cumplimiento de estos Términos, la Compañía le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para descargar, instalar y utilizar la Aplicación en su dispositivo móvil únicamente para su uso personal y no comercial.
2. ELEGIBILIDAD Y CUENTAS
Para utilizar COSMOONITY, usted declara que tiene al menos 13 años de edad (o la mayoría de edad legal en su jurisdicción). Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de inicio de sesión y de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo su cuenta.
3. CONTENIDO GENERADO POR EL USUARIO (UGC) Y POLÍTICA DE MODERACIÓN
COSMOONITY permite a los usuarios publicar contenido, comentarios y materiales multimedia ("Contenido del Usuario").
Política de Tolerancia Cero: No toleramos contenido objetable ni usuarios abusivos. Usted acepta no publicar contenido que:
Sea ilegal, difamatorio, obsceno, pornográfico, ofensivo o promueva el odio racial o étnico.
Acometa, intimide o acose a otros usuarios.
Infrinja derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros.
Derechos de Moderación: La Compañía se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de eliminar cualquier Contenido del Usuario y de suspender o cancelar la cuenta de cualquier usuario que viole estos Términos, sin previo aviso. Proporcionamos mecanismos dentro de la Aplicación para reportar contenido ofensivo y bloquear usuarios abusivos, los cuales serán revisados por nuestro equipo en un plazo no mayor a 24 horas.
4. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
La Aplicación y su contenido original (excluyendo el Contenido del Usuario), características y funcionalidad son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de la Compañía y sus licenciantes. La Aplicación está protegida por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes tanto de Argentina como de países extranjeros.
5. PAGOS Y SUSCRIPCIONES (SI APLICA)
Si la Aplicación ofrece compras dentro de la app (In-App Purchases), estas serán procesadas a través de la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente (Apple App Store o Google Play Store) y estarán sujetas a los términos y condiciones de dichas plataformas.
6. EXENCIÓN DE GARANTÍAS
La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". La Compañía no garantiza que la Aplicación funcionará ininterrumpidamente, estará libre de errores o virus, o que el contenido será preciso o fiable.
7. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, en ningún caso la Compañía, sus directores, empleados o socios serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo sin limitación, pérdida de beneficios, datos o uso, que surjan de su acceso o uso de la Aplicación.
8. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos se someterá a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA), renunciando a cualquier otro fuero o jurisdicción.

Welcome to COSMOONITY.
The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the COSMOONITY mobile application ("the App") and any related services provided by [Client's Legal Name] ("we," "us," or "the Company").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
To use COSMOONITY, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) AND MODERATION POLICY
COSMOONITY allows users to post content, comments, and multimedia materials ("User Content").
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post content that:
Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or promotes racial or ethnic hatred.
Bullies, intimidates, or harasses other users.
Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Moderation Rights: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. We provide mechanisms within the App to report offensive content and block abusive users, which will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Argentina and foreign countries.
5. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If the App offers In-App Purchases, these will be processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and will be subject to the terms and conditions of such platforms.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina.
9. APPLE APP STORE PROVISIONS
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
These Terms are concluded between you and the Company only, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable).
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
